The adidas Crazy 1 "Stormtrooper" colourway appears to be making its return as END. has opened applications for a chance to purchase the sneakers via a draw ahead of their release.
Originally debuted by Kobe Bryant during the 2000 championship series, the sneakers were first known as "The Kobe" before being rebranded as the Crazy 1 in 2013.
The design was considered futuristic and unlike almost anything seen in the NBA at the time as designer Eirik Lund Nielson drew inspiration from the Audi TT Roadster's sleek silhouette.
Nowadays though, aspects of the Crazy 1s are now unlike some of the best basketball shoes around right now, although their box-like shape seems to have been particularly polarising when they first debuted.
Regardless of whether you like or dislike the design, the "Stormtrooper" colourway looks set on making a comeback That being said, here's everything we know about the sneakers so far.
The "Stormtrooper" Crazy 1s are due to launch at END. on 22 July 2022. You can sign-up to the raffle right now for a chance to pick up the sneakers on release day.
There's been no news from adidas as to when the Crazy 1s will launch on its website just yet; however, we can predict that the sneakers could also drop at adidas on 22 July based on when the new Crazy 97s are scheduled to be released.

The "Stormtrooper" Crazy 1s look as though they closely resemble the originals, particularly as they arrive in the same white, black, and light grey colour scheme.
The uppers then feature adidas' famous three stripes debossed into the sidewalls, while the full logo can be found towards the heels and on the tongues.
The sneakers also come with black, double foam collars for additional support around the ankles and the Crazy 1's unique toe bumpers for added protection around the toe boxes.
The shoes then sit on top of EVA midsoles according to END., while the outsoles come dressed in black with several light orange details to complete the design.
The sneakers are listed for £120 at END.; however, we don't know for certain how much the Crazy 1s will cost in the US at this moment in time.
